Congratulations to the Derrymore Gaelic teams!
There were big celebrations this afternoon as our A and B Gaelic teams returned home from the North Armagh Small Schools League.
The league sees 6 Primary School teams compete in 6 blitzes throughout the school year.
In todays finals both teams faced St Patrick’s Magheralin and both teams came out the winners.
Having played 27 matches and winning them all, for the first time both teams won both leagues, bringing home the Terry McCullagh cup and the Cumann na mbunscoil Go Games blitz cup!
Well done to everybody who competed today and all our players who have trained hard and competed in the blitzes throughout the year.we are very proud of you all!
A huge thank you to Kieran and Mr Fegan who give up their free time on Thursday afternoons to take Gaelic training after school.
