A group of our Primary 7’s were invited to take part in the recording of a BBC news item on the “My Townland and me” project.
This was a project that they participated in during Primary 6, along with our Primary 6 teacher Miss McKavanagh and Primary 6 classes from other schools in the area close to the southern shore of Lough Neagh. The project was coordinated by the Lough Neagh Regeneration Group and received funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
They did an amazing job describing their work during the project and were fabulous in front of the camera! You were absolutely fantastic and we are incredibly proud of you!
