The children have been using clay to make some pumpkins. They have learned about different techniques for shaping the clay, tools which can be used to carve shapes into the clay and even used some 'slip' to join different pieces of clay together! Next week we plan to paint our pumpkins, just in time for Halloween- stay tuned!
