A big thank you to Saorlaith for bringing rushes into class so we could weave crosses for everyone. To celebrate St Bridget’s day we used paper strips to weave our own St. Bridget’s crosses as well. We were not the only ones using different materials to make our crosses. Siomha and other members of the class that attend girl guides, explained how they used pipe cleaners to construct some very colourful crosses in honour of one of our patron saints.
